Please note that opting out of email communications does not remove you from all databases. To request removal from all marketing databases, send a request to privacy@splashnet.com or call 877-417-2436. Please note that we may retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and/or provide lists of customers who have opted out of email communications to ensure that such customers are suppressed from future communications sent by us or on our behalf.
