Key Account Management

StayinFront Key Account Management provides a basis for implementing a strategic approach to managing high value customers, helping them mature into long term business partners.

StayinFront's Key Account Management module helps sales and marketing departments in supporting the 80/20 rule, helping them manage programs for the 20% of customers that form 80% of business. Many industry standards recommend no more than 2-4 accounts per sales professional, targeting less than 10% of a client base for serious key account success.
