Data Center

StayinFront offers a state-of-the-art data center located in Fairfield, NJ, that is monitored 24/7 by StayinFront's Data Center Team.

The StayinFront Data Center is the host site for thousands of StayinFront CRM users. Each StayinFront Client that elects to host their CRM system at StayinFront benefit from the strict security measures implemented by StayinFront. The StayinFront Data Center assures that each client system and data remain protected.

Data Center services include system auditing and monitoring as well as a complete protocol for data recovery in the event of a disaster at the server site. StayinFront's Data Center is able to manage all communication links, ensuring that data remains current. We do this through our staff of Novell and Microsoft Certified Network Engineers who are fully trained in the installation, operation and maintenance of local and wide area networks.

StayinFront Data Center team provides the following:

  • Maintenance of all system servers
  • Hosting shared or dedicated infrastructure
  • 24/7 application and device monitoring and support
  • Daily administrative procedures
  • Daily back-up management with off-site media storage
  • Disaster recovery with a complete protocol for data recovery in the event of a disaster at the server site

    StayinFront's modern Network Operations Center (NOC) is a mainframe-type raised floor environment hardened to provide the maximum level of security and availability. The NOC is housed in Class A, locked office space within a campus environment and has 24-hour on-premise security. The computer room is appropriately secured for authorized personnel only.

    The NOC has Liebert air conditioning systems sized for the BTU requirements of the space. A Halon fire suppression system provides maximum security from fire. All power supplied to the computer room is provided by an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. The entire facility is served by two separate power substations from Georgia Power. The primary substation provides buried, concrete encased power lines to the office park.
